Report: Nice area, RVr's larger than 25' not recommended. I have a 27' that worked but there are low hanging branches and tight turns with trees that require experienced driving skills and be prepared for some limb rubbing on your coach. Also, first 3 miles on hwy 49 from Auburn is extremely tough driving. Steep grades and hair pin corners, be careful.
Conditions: Mosquitoes, mosquitoes, mosquitoes...BRING YOUR REPELLANT Boat ramp area doesn't have much of a problem but the wooded area is pretty bad.
Water Availability: Fresh water available at camping area with regular water hose fittings. Very easy to fill your tanks and dump station across the road from campground entrance. Once again, very accessable but no water pressure to rinse tank very good.
