General Description

Located on Curly Jack Road in the Happy Camp Range District, this campground has excellent swimming opportunities and offers terrific access to the Klamath River. There are opportunities here for fishing, swimming and rafting in the Klamath River. Picnic tables and toilets accommodate wheelchairs. In addition to its 17 family sites, Curly Jack has two group sites which are available by reservation only. Curly Jack Campground sits at an elevation of 1,075 feet and is open year round although services such as drinking water and trash removal are provided from May through October only.

Directions from Happy Camp: Travel south for roughly one mile from the town of Happy Camp on Curly Jack Rd.
