Bear Valley Trail is a difficult 18 mile loop around the Bear Valley area at an elevation of 6,600 feet. Travel time is about 6 hours of four-wheeling.
Directions from Sierraville: Travel east on County Route #650 for approximately 7 miles. The trail begins off of Bear Valley Campground.

This is a designated OHV trail. Travel time is about 6 hours.
Bear Valley Campground - Bear Valley Campground is located east of Sierraville at an elevation of 6,700 feet. This campground has 10 sites with space for small trailers. Potable water is available and toilets are available on site.
Bear Valley Creek - Bear Valley Creek is located approximately 8 miles east of Sierraville. This creek has a self sustaining population of brown trout.
