General Description

From Six Lakes Trailhead to the Pacific Crest Trail. Passes by Blow and Doris Lakes.
Note: The trail enters the Three Sisters Wilderness Area shortly after leaving the trailhead. Wilderness Permits are required for both day-use and overnight travel in the Wilderness from Memorial Day Weekend until Oct. 31. Permits are available at the trailhead.

Directions from Bend: Travel 35.0 miles west on Cascade Lakes Highway (46) to reach the Six Lakes Trailhead and the beginning of the trail.

Seasonal Information:
Normally Open: Summer through Fall .
