The Changing Yosemite is a one-mile trail that begins in front of the Visitor Center, near shuttle bus stop #6. It winds through a nearby meadow and explores the changes that have led to the Yosemite we experience today. A booklet is available at the trailhead, and large-print materials are available for the visually impaired at the Visitor Center. This trail is accessible to individuals using wheelchairs.
Directions from Arch Rock Entrance: Travel eastward into the Yosemite Valley, 11.5 miles to the Curry Village day-use area. Park your car and take the shuttle to stop number 6, the Valley Visitor Center. The trail begins in front of the visitor center.
(NOTE: Snow may cover the trail during the Late Fall, Winter and Early Spring months.)
