General Description

Sitting at an elevation of 6,500 feet, this semi-primitive campground is located in the northwest of Nevada and provides camping for tents and tent trailers. The site also provides access to the Onion Valley Reservoir where good fishing opportunities exist.

Activities and Facilities: semi-primitive camping, tent and tent trailers, two vault toilets, fire grills, tables, and fishing. No fee and no fresh water.

Directions from Denio Junction: Take State Highway 140 twenty-eight miles south.

Seasonal Information:
Normally Open: Mid-June through Mid-October .
