Salt Creek North is located on the Cimarron arm of Keystone Lake. The park has 3 playground areas for the children to play on when they get tired of being in the water. There is a designated swimming area that is alcohol free. There is a courtesy dock in the center loop to aid in loading equipment and passengers on your boat. The campground has 126 campsites, many with water hookups, scattered over 2 major loop road within the park. Amenities include hot showers, boat ramps, a pay phone, and playgrounds.
Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance for family sites. Reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance for group sites. The campground is open 1 April-31 Oct. and sites are $10-$17/night. Group shelters are also available for $25-$50/night. One shelter accommodates up to 40 people and 11 cars and the second shelter accommodates up to 60 people and 21 vehicles. All fires are confined to the fire rings. Keep your pets on a 6 foot leash for their safety. The swimming area is alcohol free. One camping unit and two vehicles are covered by the camping fee. The gates are closed at 10pm, it is important that all visitors are in the campground by this time.
Directions: From Tulsa, OK: Take Hwy 51 W for 18 mi to Hwy 412. Go W for 12 mi to Hwy 151. Exit and go S for 2 mi to Hwy 51. Travel Hwy 51 W for 4 mi to campground entrance.
