Description - The Moab is located in Southeastern Utah in Grand County. Moab
is known for it's hiking, biking and camping opportunities.
Moab has two national parks and one state park near by as well
as access to the Colorado river. With all these destinations
with in reach, Moab is a popular spot for outdoor recreation.
Activities in the Moab area include; Rafting, mountain biking,
hiking and 4-wheeling.
- Attractions to the Moab area include Arches National Park,
Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park and the
Colorado River. There are also two scenic byways accessible
from Moab. There is the Upper Colorado River Scenic Byway and
the Potash-Lower Colorado River Scenic Byway.

Summer temperatures often reach above 100 degrees F, so be
sure to carry water on all adventures. Flash floods in the
canyons are also a threat. It is difficult to predict
incoming weather when deep within a canyon so check reports
before venturing into any narrow canyon areas.
Moab is located in Southeastern Utah, on Highway 191. Moab is
about 113 miles from Grand Junction, Colorado.
