Ouachita Mountains Region
Cossatot River State Park- The Cossatot River State Park-Natural Area's 5,233 acres emphasize outdoor recreation, river preservation and environmental education. The park is located south of Mena in western Arkansas.
Daisy State Park- Daisy State Park is located in southwestern Arkansas. Lake Greeson, the Little Missouri River and Daisy State Park make a winning combination in the Ouachita foothills.
DeGray Lake- A relatively new lake with sophisticated public use facilities. The excellent State park on the lake has a lodge, marina, golf course and campground.
DeGray Lake Resort State Park- Arkansas's premier resort park lies on the north shore of a 13,800-acre fishing and water sport paradise.
Hot Springs National Park- This 5,839.24 acre park was first designated as a federal treasure in 1932. It contains 47 thermal springs with water temperatures near 143 degrees (F) year round.
Lake Catherine State Park- Located between Malvern and Hot Springs, Lake Catherine State Park is nestled in the Ouachita Mountains on the shore of 1,940-acre Lake Catherine.
Lake Greeson- Many coves and inlets around Lake Greeson provide excellent fishing and protected areas for water skiing.
Lake Ouachita- Known for the clarity of its water, Arkansas's largest manmade lake, Lake Ouachita, stretches across 48,000 acres and has 975 miles of impressive mountainous shoreline.

Ouachita National Forest- Located in the Ouachita Mountains Arkansas and Oklahoma, the Forest offers visitors a myriad of opportunities for the visitor. The Forest offers a National Recreation Area, Wilderness, scenic byways, rivers and more.
Pinnacle Mountain State Park- Pinnacle Mountain State Park, located in central Arkansas, is a day-use park dedicated to environmental education, recreation and preservation.
Queen Wilhelmina State Park- Atop Arkansas's second highest peak, Queen Wilhelmina State Park reigns above the Ouachita Mountains.
