The route provides panoramic views of eroded monuments, promontories, cliffs and buttes, formed by the waters and winds of nature. Here numerous vivid sheer walls and various isolated erosion - carved monuments and promontories form this spectacular Red Rock Country. The terrain varies from rolling, undulating valley basins and alluvial bottoms to rugged, sharply broken, near vertical cliffs and canyons.
