Climate - June Mountain averages 300 sunny days per year. Due to its unique location in the Sierra, June Mountain also receives an average of 250 inches of snow annually. Fast moving storms allow the area to enjoy the best of both worlds: snow and sunshine.
June Mountain is about 20 miles north of Mammoth Lakes in the Sierra Nevada. From US 395, take Highway 158 west at the June Lake Junction, drive through June Lake Village approximately four miles to June Mountain Ski Area.
