Recreation - The park has 84 developed campsites, 30 cottages and a 100 room lodge for accommodations. The 53 acre lake offers a swimming beach, fishing, and canoe and pedal boat rental. Trails in the park are open to hiking and mountain biking.
Climate - Georgia generally experiences mild, comfortable winters and warm to hot, humid summers. Be prepared for occasional cold weather during the winter.
