Description - Conesus Lake Public Boat Launch is located on East Lake Road (near MacPherson Point), 4 miles south of SR 20A. Hard surface launch ramp; parking for 45 cars with trailers. Pontoons, ski boats, fishing boats, canoes, paddleboats and personal watercraft use this launch site.
- Conesus Lake is the most westerly of the 11 Finger Lakes. It is a source of recreation and drinking water for nearby towns. The elevation of the lake is 818 feet and covers an area of 3,420 acres stretching 8 miles long and 1 mile wide. The deepest point in the lake is 66 feet. Pontoon boats, ski boats, fishing boats, paddleboats and personal watercraft use this launching site that is a hard surface ramp with parking for 45 cars with trailers. Anglers enjoy catching walleye, tiger muskies, northern pike, bluegill and sunfish.
Recreation - Conesus Lake Boat Launch offers visitors a chance to access Conesus Lake. The small parcel of state-owned land offers restrooms and picnic tables in addition to the launch.
Climate - The Conesus Lake area experiences average January temperatures above 22 degrees Fahrenheit (above -6 degrees Celsius). It is important to note that this area receives some of the heaviest snowfalls in the nation. Summer temperatures average around 72 degrees Fahrenheit (around 22 degrees Celsius).
