Lodi Point State Park
Description - Lodi Point State Park is a boat launch and picnic site. The park is located on the lower shores of Seneca Lake in the heart of New York's wine country. Wine tours, tasting and accompanying retail shops are found around the gently rolling terrain of Seneca Lake.

Attractions - Seneca Lake is one of the largest of the Finger Lakes in New York's heartland. This small park offers limited amenities along the lower banks of this large recreation lake. Folks will find a marina, picnic tables, a boat launch and children's playground. A state-owned golf course and several other state parks offering an assortment of day use and overnight use facilities are a short drive away. This area of New York is an award-winning viniculture region. This particular route on which this tiny state park falls, has numerous wine tours, tastings and retail shops.

Recreation - This park offers very limited facilities that include a boat launch, picnic tables, marina and children's playground.

Climate - The Lodi Point State Park area experiences average January temperatures above 22 degrees Fahrenheit (above -6 degrees Celsius). It is important to note that this area receives some of the heaviest snowfalls in the nation. Summer temperatures average around 72 degrees Fahrenheit (around 22 degrees Celsius). Precipitation in the region ranges from less than 36 inches to approximately 40 inches of rain and snowmelt.

Location - Lodi Point State Park is located on the lower eastern shore of Seneca Lake. From the small burg of Lodi (SR 414), travel 2 miles west on SR 36 / Lodi Point Road.
