Report: Currently, Fresno REs. is experiencing severe drought conditions. Due to the low water conditions many fish are not thriving the way that they should. It will take many years for the fisheries in Fresno to bel ike they were two years ago. Water conditions are murky and muddy. However, this is an excellent place to do ice fishing in the winter. The Northern Pike are monsters. Thereason that the northern pike are so large is beacuse they have plenty of forage with the other starving species of fish. If traveling in the this part of Montana come prepared, one moment it is warm and the next it is below 0. Pack a lunch and bring your own toilet paper.
