General Information

Description - Twenty-five miles west of Rapid City. Public use area, camping, picnic areas, concession, swimming, boating, hiking, and fishing. Available species include rainbow trout, brown trout, and rock bass. Open year-round.

Report: Night fishing in late july 2006 was amazing! Six limits by 10:00 P.M. Just used a hook and a worm in about 25 feet! Water levels low! It was tough to get my 16 foot boat into the water.
