Number of People Encountered: 11-25 ppl Recommend to a Friend: Highly Report: Hillsdale Lake has many miles of well marked horse trails. No mountain bikes or ATVs are allowed on the horse trails. There are numerous wildflowers and I have seen deer, baby racoons, and beautiful falcons. The equestrian campground is a wide open prairie field with no electric hook-up, but there are several water spouts. The prairie field is well maintained and mowed regularly. This area makes for an enjoyable weekend getaway.
