Millsite State Park
Description - The focus of this state park is 450-acre Millsite Reservoir. Millsite is a secluded 435-acre lake at the mouth of scenic Ferron Canyon.

Attractions - The developed sites within the park lie at 6,100 feet on the northeastern side of the lake. Visitors will enjoy day and overnight use of modern facilities and a myriad of recreation opportunities. Park amenities include a boat launching ramp, sandy beach, 20-unit campground, two group-use pavilions, drinking water, modern restrooms, showers and sanitary disposal station.

Recreation - Visitors to Millsite State Park will enjoy boating, fishing, water-skiing, camping and picnicking. In the public lands adjacent to the park, excellent off-road vehicle, mountain biking, and hiking opportunities are available. A nine-hole golf course is located adjacent to the park.

Climate - This region of Utah, like most others, is arid, receiving approximately 12 inches of rain per year. The fall and spring are the most pleasant times to visit Millsite State Park, and also the most crowded, with warm days and cool nights. Summer brings very hot days and visitors are encouraged to curb rigorous activities during the afternoons. In winter expect warm days and very cold nights.

Location - Millsite State Park is located in central Utah, four miles west of Utah Highway 10 near Ferron.
