Hiking, camping and picnicking in the park are popular activities in the park, as is wintertime snowmobiling.

Camping/picnic facilities at the park include 71 standard camp sites, 10 utility sites with water only, two hiker/biker sites, two comfort stations, 80 picnic sites and one kitchen shelter. A day use restroom and trailer dump are also provided.

Family recreation amenities include a wading pool, a Big Toy structure and a swing set.

Recreation - Recreation includes picnicking, camping, freshwater fishing, swimming, hiking and snowmobiling.

Climate - Washington's climate varies with each region because the Cascade Mountains split the state and alter weather patterns. Conconully State Park, located east of the mountains, receives significantly less rainfall than regions west of the mountains with an average annual precipitation of twelve inches.

Average summer temperatures are 94 degrees maximum and 50 degrees minimum. Because central Washington is landlocked and subject to winter winds, winter temperatures are much colder than those in western Washington.

Location - Conconully State Park is located 22 miles northwest of Omak off Highway 97 in Okanogan County.
