General Information

Description - Paradise Point State Park covers 88.27 acres with 6,180 feet of freshwater shoreline. Local attractions include 70 campsites, nine walk-in sites, a comfort station, a trailer dump station, three pit toilets, 29 picnic sites, a primitive boat launch, and 2 hiking trails which total 2 1/2 miles. Water at the park is supplied by 3 wells.

Recreation - Recreational activities include picnicking, camping, fishing, boating and hiking.

Climate - Influenced by the Pacific Ocean and surrounding mountains, this area is characterized by a generally wet and temperate climate. Winters are cool and cloudy with rain and some snow. Maximum winter temperatures are normally in the mid- to high 40s with minimum temperatures in the mid 30s. Summers are warm and relatively dry with maximum and minimum temperatures in the mid 70s and low 50s, respectively.

Location - Located in southwest Washington, Paradise Point State Park is six miles south of Woodland, in Clark County. It lies immediately east of Interstate Highway 5.
