Hill Creek Dispersed Camping Area Blanco Ranger District,
White River National Forest
Hill Creek dispersed camping area is located 31 miles east of Meeker in the South Fork White River drainage, at an elevation of 8,000 feet. It is an undeveloped campground with a toilet. The access road is steep and rough.
Himes Peak Campground Blanco Ranger District,
White River National Forest
The Himes Peak Campground is located 47 miles east of Meeker, along the North Fork of the White River, at an elevation of 9,500 feet.
Marvine Campground Blanco Ranger District,
White River National Forest
This popular campground is located 36 miles east of Meeker along Marvine Creek, at an elevation of 8,200 feet. It offers access to a number of trails and lakes for hiking, fishing and hunting.
North Fork Campground Blanco Ranger District,
White River National Forest
North Fork Campground is located 35 miles east of Meeker close to the North Fork of the White River, at an elevation of 8,000 feet. In addition to single sites, the campground has a group site for up to 50 people.
South Fork Campground Blanco Ranger District,
White River National Forest
South Fork Campground is located 32 miles east of Meeker up the South Fork of the White River, at an elevation of 8,000 feet.
Trappers Lake Campground Blanco Ranger District,
White River National Forest
Trappers Lake is located 50 miles east of Meeker. There are four campgrounds available in the Trappers Lake area: Bucks, Trapline, Cutthroat and Shepherds Rim. All four are described here.
Vaughn Lake Campground Yampa Ranger District,
Medicine Bow and Routt National Forests
Vaughn Lake campground is located in the Dunckley Pass area northwest of Yampa along the Flat Tops Trail Scenic and Historic Byway.
